<p>Dillon ist seit 1983 als Schauspieler aktiv. Er ist der jüngere Bruder von <a href="Matt_Dillon" title="Matt Dillon">Matt Dillon</a>, ebenfalls Schauspieler.<sup id="cite_ref-1" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-1"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>1<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup>
